When Iris climbs onto the balance beam at the Frisian gymnastics championships in Dokkum she still needs to steady her nerves. Even the world’s best sometimes make a misstep. A combination of competition and poetic footage in an empty hall, and thoughts of success or falling as Iris explains how the nerves build.
