Mahmoud wants nothing more than to spend the summer holidays chilling with his best friend Arif, but suddenly he has to show his Pakistani uncle Ji around Oslo.
15-year-old Mahmoud lives in a block of flats in Oslo. During the summer, he likes to hang out with his Somali friend Arif. But when his uncle Ji comes over from Pakistan, Mahmoud has to show him around together with his nine-year-old brother Ali. He finds out Ali would rather be a girl, which changes his worldview.
