Cinekid for Professionals

Cinekid for Professionals brings together experts from across the audiovisual sector to explore emerging trends, exchange knowledge and foster new collaborations. With a focus on content for children and young people, CfP offers a dynamic environment where professionals can learn together and shape the future of the sector. The programme includes the Junior Co-Production Market, the Industry Forum, Expert Sessions, industry film screenings and networking events.

In 2026, Cinekid will celebrate its 40th anniversary. The theme of this anniversary edition is ‘Celebrating Together’, which centres on the importance of community and shared experiences. In a time of rapid change and social uncertainty, the festival deliberately creates space for encounters and exchange. This spirit is reflected throughout the Professionals programme, in which exchange, collaboration and relationship-building remain central.

This year’s Professionals programme introduces several new sections, expanding the range of activities on offer for young and established professionals.
