In the last summer before starting high school, 13-year-old Mats and his friends Lena, Jort, and little sister Zoë begin playing the mysterious game Nightfolk. What starts as an exciting challenge soon turns into a dark adventure, with each new task forcing them to confront their deepest fears. Can they keep their friendship intact, or will the game push them too far?
