When Gruppo Sportivo loses their beloved keyboardist, the band finds an unexpected replacement in the twelve-year-old son of their sound engineer: Len de Quant.
For twelve-year-old Len de Quant, this isn’t a movie script, it’s real life: just as he starts high school, he becomes the new keyboardist of one of the oldest and most popular rock bands in the Netherlands, Gruppo Sportivo, who are beginning a new tour without their late band member Peter. For Len, this means not only a huge leap in his musical career but also the loss of his greatest mentor and friend. This documentary shows both the challenges of life as a musician and the special bond that can form between generations.
