Living Large

Step into the super-cool stop-motion world of 12-year-old Ben, who falls head over heels for his classmate Claire. In an attempt to get her attention, he starts an intense diet, but soon realises this isn’t the way to win her heart. His journey becomes one of learning about insecurity, self-worth, friendship, and embracing yourself as you are. Despite its serious themes, this is an incredibly fun and cheerful film, with quirky characters and a great 90s soundtrack. Living Large won the Best Film Award at the Antwerp Youth Film Festival this spring. So go see it and give your self-love a boost!
