Zappdoc Campus: Two Sides of Summer
In this short documentary we follow ten-year-old Xavi. His parents are divorced, which means he now goes on two holidays.
Two holidays, that sounds like fun, right? Not necessarily, when your parents are separated. At the water park in Turkey everything seems perfect, but Xavi (10) misses his swimming buddy, Dad. In Germany, Xavi goes on a survival trip in the woods, but without Mom, and with a sad sister, Dad has less time for him, and Xavi has to entertain himself. Through Xavi’s eyes, the short documentary Two Sides of Summer shows what it’s like to adjust to a life with divorced parents.
