A German girl and a Syrian girl learn to stand up for themselves and each other through their friendship.
Eleven-year-old Lena from Germany is bullied during swimming lessons because people say she has a crush on the swimming instructor, when in reality, he makes her feel quite uncomfortable. Syrian girl Farah is also bullied because trauma has left her too afraid to swim, and to make matters worse she wets herself. These experiences bring the girls closer, and through their newfound friendship, they learn to stand up for themselves and each other.
