Francis (18) lies to her blind mother - and former National Majorette Champion - Jacky, claiming she is in the talent class for the Limburg Majorette Competition. In reality, Francis has no skills at all, but now she must maintain her lie as the competition actually takes place.
Shy 18-year-old Francis from Limburg tells her blind mother Jacky that she is in the talent class for the Limburg Majorette Competition. Before losing her sight, Jacky was a multiple-time National Majorette Champion and places great value on her daughter’s success in the sport. In truth, Francis is completely unskilled, but she must keep up the lie as the competition actually happens. Blin Fiducie (Blind Faith) is a humorous and lightly magical-realistic short film exploring the value and ambiguity of truth.
