An bold girl decides to confront a mysterious man about whom the wildest stories circulate.
Pa Kong-Kong is a mysterious man who carries a strange bag on his back, the contents of which no one knows. Rumors say he punishes naughty and runaway children. He lives alone in a desolate market on the outskirts of Dakar, a place everyone knows is not for children. Binta, a curious and brave girl, wants to prove herself to her friends and decides to visit the mysterious man in the middle of the night.
