Two aliens lend a helping hand to less developed species by sharing clever ideas. But there’s one planet where, no matter how good the idea is, the local population always manages to get itself into trouble. How much help does this species really need? Wouldn’t it be better to just let them stew in their own juices? By the way, that planet is Earth.
