Cinekid seeks volunteers from 12 – 24 October

Want to help out at a festival that immerses children in the world of film, series, and new media? Then this is your chance! Your background and age are not important; your commitment and enthusiasm are. 

Organized since 1986, Cinekid attracts over 65,000 visitors every year. This would’ve been impossible without the help of volunteers. Time and time again, they help Cinekid deliver a fantastic experience for young visitors between 3 and 14 years old.  

The main location of Cinekid Festival is Pathé Amsterdam Noord. Are you available at this location for at least two days in the period 12 to 24 October 2025? Sign up as a volunteer no later than 1 October 2025! 

• As a volunteer, you’ll get to experience all the best parts of the festival: the amazing atmosphere, fantastic films, and fun activities.
• You’ll receive a Cinekid T-shirt to keep.
• You’re invited to a festive closing party with all fellow volunteers.
• As a thank-you, you’ll get a cinema gift card (Nationale Bioscoopbon) and a free ticket to a film of your choice during the festival.
• After the festival, you’ll receive an official Cinekid certificate – great for your CV, a future (side) job, or if you plan to do more volunteer work.
