What if we radically re-imagined the way we see children? What if we saw them as changemakers, engaged humans, activists, scientists or inventors, and then helped them to develop their abilities for these roles? Emer Beamer from Designathon has put these questions into her work. During the first session, children will apply their own innovations to urgent issues.
In the second session, we present the quirky interactive art campaign Earth Speakr from artist Olafur Eliasson, where kids are sending climate change messages with AR faces. Can we convince politicians to start listening?
