Junior Co-production Market
An integrated co-production market that enables financiers, broadcasters and producers to assess new and innovative children's projects across the film and television sectors. The market starts with a public pitch of all the projects followed by one-to-one meetings.
Kids Kino Industry and Cinekid for Professionals are joining forces again for the third edition of Producers LINK, a programme for emerging producers of children’s content. The programme is designed to stimulate the production of top-quality children’s content and pan-European co-productions, and will provide crucial follow-up both during and after the two leading kids events in the Autumn.
An international conference for everyone interested in children’s media. Participants will discuss issues of burning relevance and debate the future of the industry with experts in the field. In rapidly alternating sessions experts will tell you all about the development of their projects, the pitfalls and the roads to success from their own practices.
From October 24 to December 31 Cinekid for Professionals' digital video library offers more than 350 recent children's productions from all over the world, with particular focus on European productions. The ScreeningClub offers buyers and programmers the opportunity to screen the productions online for acquisition and/or programming purposes.
Cinekid Script LAB
A six-month script-training programme for writers with a children's film- or series-project in development. The training starts during Cinekid for Professionals in October and runs until the Berlinale the following February.
Cinekid Directors LAB
A vital coaching programme for directors with a dynamic children's film- or series-project in advanced development, with a tailor-made and hands-on approach that will take place every spring in Amsterdam.
ROSE stories & Scenariovakschool
They connect talented storytellers with ideas for a children's film to professionals from the film industry. During this interactive session, the writers, under the guidance of experts in the field of children’s film, research the opportunities for further development of the story.
